Three Bays Accommodation

Three Bays self catering accommodation is a fully self contained property on two floors and sleeps up to 5. There is off road parking and garage.

Ground Floor

Lounge

A large and attractively furnished room with two sofas (snuggle blankets provided for chilly evenings), a coal effect fire, television, DVD, video, CD/Radio, along with a variety of DVDs and videos for your entertainment; also a selection of novels and games.

Kitchen/Diner

A spacious room with French doors opening onto the garden and patio, where you can enjoy your breakfast on a warm sunny day or a meal on a balmy summer evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, complete with various utensils and a eight place dinner service. The large pine table seats six, but should you wish to entertain there are extra chairs available in the garage. There is an integral coat/storage cupboard in the dining area.

Garden

This suntrap is a pretty, sheltered area with garden furniture and a BBQ, should you wish to use it. There is also a rotary clothes line available for your use.

First Floor

Master Bedroom with Ensuite

This is a large room overlooking Falmouth Golf Course, furnished with a very comfortable bed and luxurious white Egyptian cotton bedding and cozy goose-down feather duvets and pillows. The large built in wardrobe provides plenty of storage space and there are bedside tables with reading lamps. The bedroom leads onto a beautiful en-suite, which has a shower unit, toilet, wash basin, heated towel rail and a shaver power point.

Double Bedroom

This room is also equipped with a very comfortable double bed, again using the Egyptian cotton bedding and duvets as mentioned above. A combination wardrobe is also provided along with a bedside table and reading lamp.

Single Bedroom

This is a cozy room with a comfortable single bed, using luxury bedding, complete with a chest of drawers.

Bathroom and WC

A spacious bathroom with combination bath/shower, wash basin, toilet and heated towel rail. A shaver power point is also provided for your convenience. There is also a downstairs toilet, complete with wash basin.
